Each session delicately intertwines the gentle practice of Yin yoga with the resonant vibrations of sound healing instruments like bowls, gongs, and chimes. We design our classes to accommodate all levels of physical ability, utilizing props and adaptations to guarantee comfort and accessibility for each participant.


In our Yin yoga practice, we guide you through poses that target deep connective tissues—ligaments, tendons, fascia, and joints. We hold each pose for 3 to 10 minutes, encouraging you to explore the edge of discomfort with a gentle and sustained breath. This practice not only enhances physical flexibility but also promotes a deep internal release.


Accompanying the physical practice, the soothing frequencies of our sound healing instruments work in harmony with meditative techniques such as pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, guided visualization, and Yoga Nidra. This powerful combination aims to deepen relaxation, reduce stress, and quiet the busy mind, allowing for a profound sense of calm and mental clarity.
