A meditative sound experience where a group or individual participant is guided to deeply relax and receive the sounds of multiple gongs at varying frequencies and intensity. Combining the healing sounds of the gongs and the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra takes the participants into what is called a yogic sleep, or a conscious sleep state. The session usually begins with gentle breathwork and stretching movement on the mat to prepare the body energetically for stillness and deep relaxation.
