Larger Group Specialty Classes

Parties and events sometimes need something new, different, and/or healthy to break the ice, relieve stress, burn energy, and relax. Corporate retreats, workshops, or meetings can benefit greatly by offering a yoga experience to employees. Classes can be offered in a chair, outdoors, completely standing, and with options to include meditation with or without sound. Prices can vary depending on travel distance and number of attendees. But I will tailor the class to specific requests and needs. If you business is looking to add a weekly class for an extended time period, price would come down some.
