Why Me?
I can offer you the knowledge and support needed to begin experiencing the positive changes that come from movement, stretching, breath work, the sounds of the gongs and bowls, and meditative practices. The foundation of my teaching and my practices combines the physical experience with an inner emotional and spiritual experience. By integrating movement, breath, sound, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your journey toward personal health, mental balance, and spiritual well-being.
