I started my yoga journey back in 2007 when traditional stress-relief methods were no longer working for me. Over the years, yoga has not only helped me find balance but has transformed my life in profound ways. I specialize in chair yoga and yoga for seniors and people with disabilities, drawing on over 1,000 hours of training in yoga, sound healing, and meditation. I've been teaching these techniques for the past 7 years, helping others discover their paths to wellness.
